If you are a subscriber to our Fantasy or Sci Fi Subscriptions and you have had payments fail for previous books meaning that you are missing one of a set of books, please contact our Customer Services Team at info@thebrokenbinding.co.uk so that we can sort any back payments and ensure that you complete your sets. 

Please be aware that due to new legal legislation, our recurring payment system will automatically de-activate a subscription after multiple missed payments (we legally cannot prevent this from happening) - please contact us in order to re-activate any subscriptions where this has happened.
